Your post needs little more clarification. Please confirm the following:

Who are they?
but they have provided negative feedback to my manager in writing: -
Negative feedback is provided to whom? Your current manager or your future manager? What kind of feedback has been given? Was it related to your performance or behaviour?
Once you were working under the Manager, then he/she should be well aware of how do you work. In spite of that why someone felt need to give "negative" feedback to the Manager?
I will be still serving the notice period of the 1-month left. All the documents will be submitted correctly...Should I approach the manager and hr requesting them not to do so..please suggest?: -
Whether you were on notice period or otherwise, you have the right to ask the authorities concerned why the negative feedback was given? Before giving the feedback were you given any warning letter, show cause notice etc?
Final comments: - At this stage, you may discuss with your manager about the negative feedback. You may apprise him about the consequences it might have in your future employment.

As per the clarification needed by Dinesh.
I have been working as a loan resource in another competency.
I belong to a different competency.
I have worked for around 1 year in this project and the reason I leaving the company is also because of some issues in this project which in the discussion with my supervising manager was informed after my resignation.
Now after 2 months of serving notice period they are releasing me from the project and as per the information from my supervising manager I was informed of the negative feedback which she has recieved.
I have 1 month notice period left. I have already asked them , whether it will impact my future employer background verification but as such no confirmation received.
As this is the only project worked in the organisation it is the only feedback they will have .
Hence what should be done from my end ...so that my future employer verification is not hampered due to this .
I am not sure how will TCS approach them for verification , if only designation ,dates and ctc are checked..then it should not be an issue ..but if feedback regarding my performance is displayed to them . Or if they dont consider me for rehire...
Please suggest what should I do..
