I absconded from an IT company 3 years due to the degradation that they were doing because of the degree that i was holding.
now i am about to complete my master degree and get into industry.
i dont have any problem from the company side. Now i have hidden this details and got placed in a company , but i have had a PF account before and an UAN number which i believe was linked to my PAN/AADHAR card.
i am ok to leave my old pf account as it is. Now my question is :
1. is it ok if i just hide my UAN/PF number? or will i have any problem in future if employer tries to create a new UAN id?
2. if i find my UAN number from EPFO office and give it to my current employer will they be able to find my past PF details? possible to find the company that i used to work for?
