Dear all, i would like to know that there is any book under labour law which guide us how to prepare salary structure for various type of business or industries ? b'cas Washing allowance is exempted for ESIC contribution. So, like wise if there is any guidance then it's helpful to me to reduce deduction from employee salary and their take home is more.
