How to settle full & final, if any worker has resigned on 05th Feb-2019 and his last working day is 31 Jan 2019. What should be date of reliving?? Please suggest.

TheDate of Discharge from the Muster-Roll of theEstablishmentwill be the Date on which the Resignee-Employee's Resignation was "Accepted" by the Employer, in writing and the Discharge Slip /Employment Termination Slip Paper was put through.
Now calculate the Date of Discharge and Ensure the Full & Final Dues are Settled/ Paid/Credited within Two Working Days from the Date of Discharge.

The date of relieving can not be retrospective (pl. note last working date is date of relieving). If the company is in agreement to relieve him form any back date, may get back dated resignation letter.
