sandeep.oasYes, in Construction Industry you will find more of Administration and Day to Day activities to do. In construction project sites, there is very less about HR activities.
I have been to Construction industry for more than 6 years, handling HR & Admin in projects sites. I was not satisfied with the HR initiatives, i took a call and switched to Head office of construction company.
Now i am able to handle HR activities.
Still I find manufacturing set up or Service industries have more formal exposure to HR initiatives, whereas Construction industry gives more exposure to different practical problems related to Human areas of Manpower.
