Dear all, Most of the HR professionals usually says that Manufacturing industry is best for our career.
But, what about Construction Industry ?? How is it for HR professionals ??

Yes, in Construction Industry you will find more of Administration and Day to Day activities to do. In construction project sites, there is very less about HR activities.
I have been to Construction industry for more than 6 years, handling HR & Admin in projects sites. I was not satisfied with the HR initiatives, i took a call and switched to Head office of construction company.
Now i am able to handle HR activities.
Still I find manufacturing set up or Service industries have more formal exposure to HR initiatives, whereas Construction industry gives more exposure to different practical problems related to Human areas of Manpower.
Thanks,
