Dear professionals i am ratnakar working as a sr.executive ir with construction company where they are having 2500 plus labours deployed at site. for all these workers can i maintain the statutory registers in computer. is it acceptable by commisioner of labour. as per information technology act sec 7 is it possible. is this act relates to clrt act also.

Hi sirs i have doubt about implementation of labour laws. a contractor registered under contract labour r&a act and building & other construction workers act inter state migrant act is requried to maintain various registers as prescribed under the act. my query is : whether the contractor is required to maintain separate registeres under each act or maintain a single common register for some of the items which are common under various act. please clarify.regards a radhakrishna
