I want to develop the competitive culture among my operation teams ( 3 teams), but i want to implement it with exact performance . for an example:
1. late coming- if employee comes late in office, for every late come s/he got (-1) point.
2. Client Handle: if employee handle the extra client other than set limit, he got (5) points or else.
After a month we calculate the points and declare the winner. Please suggest me some other relevant points which easily measurable and can avoid biasness in program. also please suggest that we can give monetary prize or non monetary prize to winner.

Your Intended Schme for Late-Coming May Breed More Regular & Habitual Late-Coming and more incidences of Acts of Misconduct as the Late Comers may interpret it as Lss-Effective Management for the Simple Resaon that Late -Coming to Duty/Resuming Duty late is an Act of Misconduct punishable as per Service Rules or Standing Orders, as the case may be.
