suresh2511Since he is working as a contract labour thru contractor, eligible for bonus under the payment of Bonus Act. However, his eligibility for bonus will be Rs.7,000/- for whole year or as per the Minimum wages, whichever is higher.
i.e. if his minimum wages is Rs.8,500/- per month and worked for whole financial year (April to March) without any salary deduction, he would get Rs.8,500/-
