These are terms and condition
1) As long as company is operational, that employee cannot leave the job and the company also cannot terminate employees in any situation
2) The salary of employees will not be hold irrespective of company situation.

Actually Bond, whether Employment and or Otherwise is Illegal, Unlawful, Unethical and some sort of coercion, Forcing someone needy for Livelihood to Serve and lopsided NOt between Equals.
Better Option is to Execute a Mutually Acceptable Contract only when the Contracting Parties especially the One " looking for a Subsistnce, as it were, in the shape of Employment" and so operating from Non-Strength Position, thoughtfully Understood the Implications of entering Employment Contract for longet Period.
Still Better Option is to INCULCATE a Surrounding where the Employed-Ones are Empowered to Evolve as Achiever and continue to Be and Remain So, Lifelong/Till Superannuation. There are Establishment/Organization in ourSociety who are So Built and Thrive on that ADVANTAGE.
