Hello , Currently office boy in hand salary causing me trouble in terms of recruitment and we think that we are paying it according to market value.
So we are thinking about the ways how to correct it but in this we need your perspective to correct it legally.
• Can we decrease PF contribution amount and increase in-hand salary of Office Boys?
• What are the Minimum wages for unskilled staff in Maharashtra?
• Minimum wages includes Basic salary and Special allowances? So PF get counted only on Basic salary or on both?
• Can we pay leave encasement on monthly bases? If yes, how we can show it into payslips?
Kindly give expertise suggestions.

• What are the Minimum wages for unskilled staff in Maharashtra? Minimum wages includes Basic salary
and Special allowance both? So PF get counted only on Basic salary or on both? - Every industry has different minimum wages for which you can check on simpliance.com for more details about your type of industries. Yes, minimum wages comprises of Basic + DA / Special Allowance and HRA. PF gets deducted on basic depending on basic should be not less than 15000 /- if it is less than 15000/- then on gross.
• Can we pay leave encasement on monthly bases? If yes, how we can show it into payslips? - NO
