How can i ask salary revision or relevave from recently joined company(20 days)

I have recently joined (20 days) one company which offers 4.2 lpa, and I have another offer which is 5.5 lpa, how can I ask revision or how can I switch to new company? New company gave only week time to join,, someone kindly suggest me.
