Hi All,
Would request you kindly share me how can an Mr. X Employee with draw his EPF in the below scenario.
*An Mr. X Employee has totally worked for a company ABC for 23 months
*The Company ABC has paid the salary only for 14 months out of which the company ABC has paid the employee and employer share of EPF money to the department is only for 10 months.
*Know the company ABC has shutdown his business cant be reachable to any of the company person and more over the Company ABC has updated the Mr. X Employee last working day in the EPF portal is 23 months completion date.

The case becomes non deposit of EPF contributions by the company which is an offence under Section 47(1) and /or 48(3) of EPF Act 1991 and rules made thereunder.
If your facts are right, take up the matter with nearest EPF office giving full details _UAN number, name of Employer etc
The matter will get prolonged as money has not been paid to EPF and you cannot get money which is not paid/contributed/deposited by Employer.
EPF Office is supposed to initiate legal action against employer and that will be time consuming.

Hi Nathrao Thanks for the quick response, So is there a possibility i can withdraw the 10 months of my EPF, Because Employer has updated my Last working day as 23 months date.
