Regarding sick leaves
Hello everyone please help me out in my query. we have 5 dasy as sick leave in our organization one of our employee was suffering from some medical issues due to which he was not able to attend the office for a month around. now while calculating his leaves should i include the sundays and the holidays in his leaves and should i deduct salary for those days as well wat according to the sick leave poilicy are the basic rules for deduction of salary for leaves taken on the previous and subsequent day of holidays please help regards neha khale
Salary will be credited to employee who stays on sick leave
Greetings of the day query : employee is not reporting to office from past 2.5 months due to her critical illness and hr department is aware from this. we are crediting salary contionously to her salary account. as her sick & earned leave is exhausted now so the question arises in my mind. should we contionue to credit her salary ? kindly provide me your valuable suggestion regarding this.
How to deduct leave days in salary amount
Dear seniors in my company they are following leave deduction based on below mentioned rule. rule : if leave taken by the employee before or after the week off / holiday it has been considered as 2 days leave cut in salary. ex: if leave taken on saturday it will consider as saturday sunday for salary deduction if leave taken on monday it will consider as sunday monday for salary deduction. kindly let me know the proper & applicable leave deductions. waiting for your suggestions asap.
Policies for casual leave , earned leave & sick leave

Dear all seniors please help me take a genuine decision. our company is allowing 1 sick leave and 1 casual leave per month. one of our employee took two days leave due to his illness fever. he had not met a doctor for his illness. as per our leave policy i can sanction only if he submit medical document. other wise it should be a casual leave. in this situation and as per leave policy in our company he will not get sanctioned his leave unless he submit medical document. in this way he will loose his two days salary. please advice me to take a decision on this. any option for changing one sick leave to casual leave. please advise. waiting for your comments thanks soju
