A 'Bench Marketer' or 'Bench Revenue Recruiter' is a Revenue, Account or Recruitment person in a staffing business that's responsible for advertising that organization’s’ seat' of advisers, that aren't focusing on jobs. They locate prerequisites, suggest their candidates and set them on jobs with Customers or Tier 1 Enforcement bureaus in America.

They make the most of this non-transparency and wasteful job market in contracting- in which customers have squeezed down prices to Tier 1 consulting and staffing businesses, which makes it difficult for them to compete and also earn gains. These Tier 1 firms outsource the costly search for builders to Tier two staffing agencies.

To satisfy the requirements of their Customers or Tier 1 bureaus, Tier two staffing agencies employ H1b advisers or create their own 'virtual seat' of H1b candidate from different businesses or OPT visa (recent graduates) advisers.
