I joined a company as customer relationship executive at Bangalore and with in 21 days of prior work I was told that I'm not a right fit for a current role based on certification mockcall which I cleared in the first attempt but I was forced by the quality analyst to take certification multiple times again and again. When I cleared the certification some other team leader of Chennai team made me take it again as I was a part of Delhi NCR team.I was given a very bad treatment and then I was told to meet the hr and hr too had the same information conveyed to her by quality analyst and my manager. She told me I will get a call for some other profile within two three days but never got a call as it's already 15 days.I haven't resigned and have never got to serve notice period of 30 days.To join this company I said no to many other companies and now I'm suffering as I cannot show this experience in my resume and I will suffer in the upcoming interviews,I haven't received my salary for the month January 2019 and there is no reply from company regarding all this issue.I just wanna ask based on certification how they can ask me to leave the company prior to 21days of working and no notice period is given I'm suffering both mentally and financially because of company. Please tell me the needful steps to be taken ?
