It depends on type of leaves you applied and leave policy of your company in case of CL and SL to consider intervening offs/holidays as leave.
If you have applied for earned leave/annual leave ....
If yours is case of a Factory - The Law is silent on this aspect.
If it is registered under Shops & Establishment Act -yes weekly offs /holidays will be counted as intervening leaves
