If employees worked more than 31 days of every month how it is to be considered whether is it Over time or Per day salary.

Dear Anonymous
At first this is violation of Factories Act/Shop & Establishment Act. Fir working on weekly off the employee is t be compensated by an off (called as compensatory off) latest within 10 days of the scheduled weekly off.
Since you have failed to do so may offer them COs now for each weekly off they have performed their duty.
