How can we block an employee and what are the parameters of it?
Please provide thoughtful inputs instead of short posts.

Hi, Theft , Data Transfer , Spreading rumors about organization , harm to organization's property, Dual employment, sexual harassment etc, there are N numbers of cause which you can include in your policy to block or blacklisting an employees.
Legal case history can also be included.
