Why employee training is organised? It is conducted for the following reasons:
a) To reduce some cost
b) To reduce the consumption of resources
c) To reduce the turnaround time of some process and
d) To increase or decrease of some ratio
Therefore, I recommend you to conduct the study of your organisation and find out which programme fulfil the above objectives. Earlier, I have given an exhaustive reply on the employee training.
