Dear All, I am into a new IT company, and is holding HR position solely. and m required to go for campus selection and apply to universities.
Request you if you can guide me regarding the way package is designed for them, specifying the norms followed regarding:
- Tenure of training period
- Minimum Stipend during the period
Do we need to give them full salary or stipend can be given to them till training period?
