An employee who had been working with our organisation for 8 years had been on a medical leave for the las 3 years. He recently passed away (on 19.08.2018). As such, he had not been contributing to his PF. Please suggest which form would need to be filled up for PF Withdrawal. Also looking for information regarding Form 20 and Pension (10D) as well as the procedure related to form submission etc. Which documents would have to be given by EPFO and ESIC related to pension and PF amount withdrawal.
Please suggest which forms have to be submitted and which documents have to be attached with these forms. 30th January 2019 From India, Ahirka
if the employee was absent on medical grounds, then ECR must be with NCP days, but if once exit is made back dated, EDLI claim filing is tough, visit the PRO of EPF to reconcile their records, if they find still employed, then only they will accept EDLI claim 31st January 2019
