Dear all, Please suggest me a method to find key position in a big organization (as part of succession planning).

Succession Planning in Business Organizations/Elsewere is all about:
1. Commitment to Non-Negotiable Policy, firmly followed, whereunder "Geniuses" are spotted/identified from amongst Internal Talents;
2. Letting the Selected Ones Know & Believe in the said Policy and their collaboration
sought & secured;
3. Nurturing them using every Resource /Medium such as a) Delegation, b) Trust reposed, c) Genuine First Time Mistakes allowed/tolerated, d) Self-Corrective Actions Supported so that
