The number of leaves available depends on the establishment policy and size of establishment.

Hi,
In my current organization, as per our policy, annually 8 Earned Leaves are applicable post confirmation, 8 Casual Leaves and 4 Sick Leaves are given to each employee. Also, the employee is instructed to avail not more than 2 CL per month.
