My friend was unemployed from Jun2018 as per PF passbook there is no credit of PF amount from July 2018 by the previous Employer.
He got new job from Oct 2018 & PF amount is credited by new Employer from Nov 2018 against same UAN with new account , now he applied for transfer PF but the previous employer is not updating exit date in PF history after many followup due to that he is not able to withdraw or transfer PF amount.
Please suggest what should he do.

manual form 13 can resolve the issue, duly signed by present employer and submitted to present EPFO office
