Iam just started a private security guard providing agency in Jammu and as new in the field i don't know what is the basic wages and other monetary benefits to be given to guards working, can anyone please guide me?

Dear Sunil, In regards to wages you should collect minimum wages notification for watch & ward services in J&K State / central as per applicability.
