1. Sections-4 (Constitute Internal Committee),
2. Section- 19 (Duties of Employer) which includes Notifying PoSH Policy, Organizing Mandatory Awareness Programs for Employees to Sensitizing them with the SHWW Act; Organizing Mandatory Programs / Workshops Seminar for the Internal Committee Members namely a) Orientation Program and b) Capacity & Skills Building Programs
3. Assist the Internal Committee to "Prepare" the Annual Report for the Calendar yera 2018 under Section-21 and "Submit / File" the Annual Report to before i) the Employer for further action ( Section-22) and with ii) the District Officer notified under Section-5.
