Hi, I am working in private Industries, Here i make computer generated salary register and maintain. So, i want to know, is it legal for maintaining record or should i make new manual register? Please let me know...
You have maintain the following register in computerized.
1) Muster Roll - Form 25
2) Leave With wage - From 15
3) Time card - Form 25 B
But you have to get exemption from Inspector of factories legally.
