Can anyone help me with this query that can employer remove this HRA compensation in the salary break up. This question is for the company is in Maharashtra state dealing under shop & Establishment.

Dear Member,
In Maharashtra the HRA is mandatory part of the MW Structure. It should be minimum 5% of Basic+DA.
In addition to the above in PUNE (under PMC) it is mandatory to pay "Leave With Wages" salary every month @ 6.71%.

Hi Everyone,
Please advise and help me, i worked in small company under 10 employees in Mumbai at Mira-Bhayandar area as IT Support Technician basically user support technician.
my employer told that he doesn't pay anyone TDS nor does he pay PF or any benefits, he just pay like fixed monthly salary like 12K, 15K, 18K or 20K to employees
I was hired and he say he will pay me 20K per month annually 2,40,000. so i need Payslip Format/Salaryslip Format without TDS and PF deductions in it and he is willing to dedicate/pay only PT which is 200 per month in maharashtra So can anyone HELP me or send me how my payslip would look like without any deduction except PT(200) only. since i heard Medical and Conveyance allowance is not needed in 2019 -2020 -21 years. So what will be my format of payslip for 2019-20-21 year with monthly salary of 20k and annually salary of 2,40,000.
