Epf for a new company which has all non eligible employees - do we still need to enrol under pf?
Hello all we are a small company based in chennai. we have 4 employees in chennai and 3 employees working in delhi. we have planned to recruit 15 new employees to be located in chennai. all of the existing employees and the planned to be employees have and will salary more than 15000 pm. this makes all our employees fall under noneligible employees for pf. my question is 1 do we still need to enrol under pf and provide any statement/document that all employees are noneligible employees. 2 do employees need to give any selfdeclaration that they understood that they are noneligible employees and not interested in any voluntary contribution. thanks in advance. shilpa

Pf for employees above 58 years of age - plz help
Hi all i have a senior mgmt guy joining our board now. he is aged 59. his contract includes provident fund benefits. i have the following doubts: 1. whether he is eligible for pf as he is above 58 which is considered to be the retirement age. 2. if he is eligible for pf then whether he is eligible for pension fund? if no what will be deduction from his pay and what will be company contribution? or the whole 12 goes to pf?? please help regards harikeyel

Hi seniors kindly advice if pf needs to be deducted from contract employees working in our factory.we have 14 contract employees working in canteen 50 drivers in contract buses. if there are less than 20 employees should the contractor pay pf or esi to their employees. why are they neglected from these benefits.
Employee pf registration!
Hi i am working in mnc i use to handle pf in my office my query: we have contract employee & regular employees in our office. one employee promoted on this month but once the employee in contract period he is not eligible for pf & esi once he get promoted as a regular employee then he is eligible for pf and esi. problem is contract employee promoted as a regular employee in this month but the employee is travled to us not even filed the nominis form if any problem comes in this case are any other way to fill up the form. thanks & regards parthasarathy 9940448611 from chennai
