I recently joined an MNC as a Regional HR Lead managing JAPAC region. The HR processes here are quite old school and I am planning to propose some changes to align with market. The intent is to make all the changes first at Regional office level and then roll out across JAPAC offices. I need to draft a proposal for senior management where I can share my vision of HR transformation. I was wondering if anyone here has some experience who can guide me on this project.
