Dear Friends, One person joined and worked only three months and he got wages Rs.300 per day totally Rs.7800/- per month. The employer deducted EPF and ESI for his wages. Unexpectedly he is expired while on death in the factory. What is the benefit he claim from EPF Pension, EDLI and ESI death dependent benefit. Please kindly clarify and send the calculation of the same.
