Sir i am 34 yrs old, My husband died on 26th july 2018 His employer processed for his pf settlement I want to know the calculation formula of EDLI and Pf amount. Pls help

For calculation of EDLI amount, average wages (Max. 15000/-) of last 12 month multiplied 30 times + 50% of average balance in PF account (Max 150000).
Say, 15000 X 30 = Rs. 450000/- + Rs. 150000, total amount Rs. 600000/-
Minimum EDLI amount is Rs. 250000/- & maximum is Rs. 600000/-
