Good evening sir. I am working as Hr in a eye care hospital registered under indian trust act. It is a 50 bedded hospital and a NGO. Can i know the information regarding how many employees should we appoint??

You can appoint any number of employees as you can since there is no law which describes the span of control, the number of employees per patient, the number of employees per bed etc.
Now if you are looking from the angle of getting rid of some of the employee benefits programs as per statute, there can be answers like, 9 employees to overcome the provisions of ESI Act, Maternity Benefit Act or Bonus Act, 19 to get away from EPF Act or Gratuity Act, etc.
