Seek your advice.
We are planning to hire a person at production area on contractual basis for a period of two years.
My queries are :
1) Can we hire a person for 11 months on contract. One month break and again 11 months contract. Is this valid under law for FTC.?
2) What should we do for second term.. fresh appointment or extension of first term?
how many times we do this?
3)Do we need to pay PF, Gratuity under FTC?
