Hello, I joined a company and resigned after 3 months due to personal issue. At time of resignation, i requested for early relieve.
Manager and HR agreed verbally and post that before 1 week of completion of notice period I was relived by Manager with exit formalities and signed NDA on last day. At end of month, neither I received salary nor Final settlement. On contacting HR I was informed due to short of notice my case is considered as job abandonment and they claimed I asked them not to do any final settlement or issue service letter. I have all in writing (emails) resignation, copy of NDA signed on last day and supporting docs.
I chased few times but not getting any response from HR, it has been about 1 year.
Please let me know what can be done in this case. How I can inform new company.

If you have all legal proof then take support of Court.
