I am working in manufacturing company. Manufacturer of ophthalmic devices, instruments and strips in New Delhi.
Please let me know List of compliance with rules which are mandatory for this kind of organization.
Kindly, help me as I need it on urgent basis.

Dear member,
The minimum compliance checklist depend upon nature of work, number of employees, Industry and other applicable acts.
Pls note some basic compliance:-
BOCW Act (Till the establishment covered under Factory Act, post covering under Factory Act, BOCW is not applicable).
Factory Act
PF
ESI
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act,
Maternity Benefit Act
Leave rules (as per applicable act whether S&E Act, Contract Labour Act etc.).
Sexual Harassment of Woman Act,
Minimum Wages Act,
Payment of Wages Act,
The Employees Compensation Act
CL (R&A) Act, 1970 or CL (R&A) Central Rule, 1971
Since yours is a manufacturing company which may involve hiring personnel through various sub-contracts so CL (R&A) Act, 1970 also applicable. You have to take care about the commercial and legal agreements with the petty contractors (manpower, security, transport, housekeeping etc) and timely renewal of such agreements. You can check the statutory compliance of the petty contractors as well on monthly / quarterly basis.

It is an ophthalmic Medical devices & strips manufacturing company in New Delhi. The number of employee strength is going to cross 100 employees. So please share me the list according to both cases. Employee strength below 100 & also when it crosses 100 what has to be done.
