As such you cannot give an offer letter without mentioning the salary

Yes, salary should be mentioned in the offer letter as it is a very important component. It doesn't matter if the company is in the Real Estate sector or the IT sector

Normally many companies donot mention the salary details with the apprehension that the candidate will bargain with some other company or with the existing company on the basis of the offer letter.However, it is certainly mentioned in the offer letter that s per the emoluments offered to you. The candidate knew about the same and also acknowledge the terms of offer the copy of which remains with the prospective employer. Hence, it may not be mandatory to give the details of emoluments in the offer letter.

It is not required, if all the employee are working voluntarily.
If voluntary service is not the case, then it is compulsory to mention the salary/ wages to be paid for such engagement.
