Please share your Best practices to engage 100 % employees effectively. Some organizations call its as TEI (Total Employee Involvement) and some call it as Total Employee Engagement. I am interested to know various models like Kaizen, Suggestion Systems, QC Circles etc.. and how they are linked to organization's top goals

Experiment with Empowering Employees to Discharge their Duties with Reponsibility and Most Importantly, with Full Dicretion to Use Delegated Authority. Humane Touch and Greatr Involvement in Decision-Making Process would follow , as a Natural corollary.
