Monthly one employee can not receive salary from more than one company at a time. Dual employment is not permissible.

In small companies to circumvent overhead cost purpose, employee salary may be shared between two companies of the same group.
While deciding the Gratuity, 15 days last drawn salary per year of service, to be worked out and may be paid to him from one of the group companies. The 50% of the Gratuity paid may be debited to the other company where he was partially drawing salary. This is allowed in accounting procedure as an allowable expenditure.
