I need a case study how to dismiss an employee for misconduct in presence of strong union?
Dear sir, In share market, One client placed bid to buy shares through mobile called online bid but one of our dealer modified that bid and took credit to count that business had done through my afford but whatever generated brokerage credited to the company employee only took credit of business. Client doesn't complain against him even client told to the management that I gave that permission to modify my bid. Management disabled employee's terminal and put him on doubt to close this case. How many days will take to close this case? Can company terminate that employee ?
