Hi, A factory is at gujarat having about 300 employees on roll. Factory management hired a contractor for 9 employees. does this contractor needs to get labour license? Please support yr answer(y/n) with section of the act or any specific rule/ circular?

For cases of less than 20 contract labour in totality in any day the Contract Labour Act are not applicable in such cases.
