I have shifted to corporate world after the experience of ten years in education field. Please help me in preparing the salary structure of entry level engineers keeping in mind the applicability of all the labor laws like ESIC and EPF acts.

Preparing salary is quiet complicated specially when dealing with highly paid employees. There are circumstances where there may be no need to pay PF or ESIC to your employees. If you are new to the field it's best that you outsource your compensation and benefits to a HR service provider. You can reach out to https://www.prolifichr.com/ and see if they can help you out with a solution.
