Good Afternoon, Dear Sir/Ma'am, We have done with the demerger process, The name of our organization is "Tesla Transformers Limited"under Tesla there were two units that was (Unit-1 and Unit-2) has been Demerged into "Tesla Transformers (Global) Private limited (Unit-1)" and "Tesla Transformers (India) Limited (Unit -2)" The Labor code for Unit -1 was 138 and for unit -2 was 228, Now for ongoing projects of "Tesla Transformers Limited(Main unit-1)" What we've to do for labor code for Main unit i.e. ("Tesla Transformers Limited")? or We can create new Labor code for "Tesla Transformers (Global) Private limited (Unit-1)" Where we can use the previous code of "Tesla Transformers Limited(Main unit-1) " that is 138?
Can we use old code i.e; 138 for new unit -1 that is Tesla Transformers (Global) Private limited (Unit-1), And Create new code for Tesla Transformers Limited for ongoing projects ?
