No. Unless and until a) It is specified in the settlement b) Notice of change has been given under section 9 (A) of ID act. or c) A newe settlement has been arrived where it has been agreed to discontinue particular benefit.

The benefit extended by virtue of a settlement can not be withdrawn as per whims, unless untill it is decided in another settlemnt that the benefit is being withdrawn or continue till the period decided in settlement.

Can it be written in a settlement that the benefits extended by virtue of the settlement are for the currency of the settlement only and thereafter cease to exist.
