Recruitment Process Mapping as per ISO standards - where to start? any sample?

Dear all, I have recently Joined an Education Institute as a "Management Trainee HR". My current task is to map the Recruitment Process as per the ISO standards.
If anybody can help me by suggesting some sample ISO formats and suggesting me from where to start.
