Hi, currently I am pursuing my PGDM and MBA, I chose HR as me specification but I heard from many of them that HR doesn't have scope in future. So kindly give me some suggestion and if it has scope what are all the things I should learn in Human Resource management?

Talent management is the core responsibility of HR Managers that involves handling people-related challenges and issues.
Whether it is about building a company culture or developing a strategy for the organization, human resources play a pivotal role. So you can consider human resources as a base of an organizational structure on which all the other resources stand and thrive.
So if you want to be an adept HRM here are some of the skills that you need to possess.
Multi-tasking, Communication and Negotiation skills, Recruitment and hiring, Business acumen, Ethical and discrete.
All the these skills make you strong in HRM . Apart from these i would suggest you to try to have a hands-on learning experience in the real professional environment and also opt for certifications in HR. Certifications would help you slice through the competition with a practiced ease and you would also be able to assure the recruiters and organizations about your capabilities. You can find a lot number of reputed institutes in market which will provide certifications in concerned disciplines.
