What is the basis for calculation of eligibility for PMRPY? The limit of 15000 is based on basic plus DA or gross which will include HRA. The original letter in the PMRPY site says only basic pay but two CAs have advised on gross. Can someone clarify please.

May I request you to peruse the attachment from the PMRPY site. The last page gives out the calculation and says clearly that calculated on basis of basic pay.

PMRPY is just a data collection / reconciliation center, the incentive is routed through shram suvidha portal and ministry of labor
