What is the minimum stamp duty for Non compete and non solicit agreement and how much we can claim from that? Is it a general agreement or indemnity bond?

The stamp duty varies from state to state and between UTs too. So you will have to check the stamp value applicable for making undertaking. It is not an indemnity bond.
