If any employee 2 days in leave and 1 holiday in between two leave so how much salary he will get?

Law does not prescribe for deduction for intervening period. Ideally except Sick Leave there should not be any deduction for intervening period. Some companies deduct for intervening day in case of PL/EL (earned leave) also.
So it depends on type of leave applied and company leave policy/rule.

If your company is following the rule of Sandwich Leave Policy then leaves would be counted as 3 , and 2 in case of not considering the sandwich of leaves. This will depend on policy following by company.
If the employee has availed Earned Leave, consider only week days as Leave Days and in case of Sick Leave, consider the holiday between the leave days as Leave Day
