We availed an outsourced employees through agency duly following KTPP Act. Now we recruitment process is going on to get regular employees in that place. Please clarify that the procedure to follow to terminate the outsource employee working through agency after recruiting regular employees in that place.

Dear colleague,
There must be written contract between the company and the Contractor who supplies the manpower which contains termination of the contract.
Take action of termination of the contract as per the terms which will cause automatic termination of the contract staff.
